They were very helpful when I needed a van to rent to get my grandfather back and forth to his appointments. I received great customer service. I believe the gal I worked with was Heather. She was knowledgeable and helpful.
This was so easy and convenient. The MV-1 was left at the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport in the parking structure. I received a text before we arrived and when we got to the vehicle, I just called and it was opened remotely. The vehicle was clean and very roomy. It also drove nice. It was very easy to use, and the video on the website was helpful. I will definitely use Wheelers Accessible Van Rentals the next time we go to Phoenix.
The MV1 van was in great shape and enabled our family of 5 to enjoy a wonderful Spring Break in Sedona and Grand Canyon fully including our teenage wheelchair user. The van was parked at the Phoenix airport and owners were able to remotely unlock it for us, where we could then load up and be on our way...
These guys saved my Christmas. I was able to get my wife out to visit the kids and grandkids. The van worked perfectly and the people that took my information were so kind and professional. I couldn't recommend this company strongly enough. Thank you Wheelers for a great service.
We used Wheelers in Sept of 2018. We drove out of state to pick up my in-laws and bring them back to Arizona. We rented 2 vans. The vans were clean and reliable. Didn't have a moment's worry driving back with 2 elderly people. The staff that came out to deliver the vans were amazing. They explained how to use all the features in the vans and how to secure the passengers who were in the wheelchairs. I will definitely use them again as the need arises.
